Amber James has been a licensed Realtor, mortgage broker, and property investor in Florida for more than 22 years. In 2020, during COVID, Amber, her partner, son, and their parrot began splitting their time between Fairview and Tampa, following the best weather while also earning her real estate license in the beautiful state of North Carolina.

Now that her son is in school full time, the family has officially made Fairview home—and even added a new four-legged member to the family, their dog, Leo.

Along the way, Amber and her partner launched Asheville Productions, a local business providing website development, advertising, social media content, video production, and AI integration for businesses. Amber will continue her mortgage lending career while growing her real estate business and Asheville Productions.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys gardening, hiking, and meeting new people in the community. She is excited to call Fairview home full time and become even more involved in the Fairview and greater Asheville community.
