Maggie

Maggie is the official Top Dog of Cool Mountain Realty & Construction! 🐾💗 When she’s not greeting clients at the office, Maggie can be found “checking in” on new construction projects, sniffing out great real estate opportunities, supervising showings, and making sure everyone stays hard at work.

Known for her signature pink wardrobe, perfectly polished pink nails, and can-do attitude, Maggie brings a little fun to the serious business of buying, selling, and building homes. Whether the market is easy or challenging, she’s always ready to roll up her sleeves, get her paws dirty, and help the Cool Mountain team get the job done.

Her specialties include wagging tails, client relations, construction-site inspections, power naps, and reminding everyone that finding the right home should be exciting. 🏡🐶

Maggie’s motto: “Buy. Sell. Build. And always bring treats.” 💕🐾
