I have been a licensed realtor since 1997. I started as a salesman and progressed to broker status in 2008. It has been my pleasure to assist many families and friends during my career. I’m limited to working part time in real estate since I have been blessed to be a registered nurse for the last 33 years.
I became a realtor for the same reasons I became a nurse… bad experiences with other professionals. I also love meeting new people of all ages and backgrounds. In fact, I might have been told a few times that I make a good agent because I have the gift of “Gab”!
I’m very passionate about serving the community in any way I can; professionally or personally. Assisting clients in making one of the biggest purchases in their lives is just as important to me as making sure a patient’s physical and health education needs are met. Consider it a free bonus if you get a little nurse coaching and education if you allow me to assist you with your real estate needs.
On a personal note, I am an active member of Trinity of Fairview where I sing in the choir and serve as a congregational nurse on the Health Ministries Team and The Kingdom Builders for missions and outreach. 10% of all my commissions are given to the building fund at Trinity as we continue to grow and reach out to the needs of our community.
I have been married for 33 years and have 1 daughter and 1 grand-dog. My husband and I own a small residential construction company, (C & J Builders of Buncombe), and we have enjoyed building and selling our own custom homes since 1986. I absolutely love everything about the beach at Fripp Island, SC and I hope to retire one day. Last but not least, I am kind of a fanatic about watching college sports, especially football and basketball. In fact, I have had season tickets for a major SEC football team since 1987, so I travel a lot in the fall.
